I use a Sega Dreamcast and DC Playa to listen to music in my car. It is also connected to a Sony PSOne LCD screen - it's ugly, but the image is very bright and clear, also the pixels update very quickly since it's designed for video game use. DC Playa is a very flexible operating environment for the dreamcast allowing mp3 visualization and JPEG images with the ability to script via the on-screen keyboard and game modules are also being worked on.
